GG Rito

Hey I recently got my windows 10 and reinstalled my computer and all that and with league of legends being my favourite game i instantly installed it as the first game (after all my driven n all that) and i am currently sat at my 3rd game where i cannot play, i just get bugsplat everytime. i click reconnect the lol sign comes up it goes black and bugsplat reloads i already have 10 bans because of this and after this game it will be 15 Never had these problems before hand and i just wanted to play some league of legends but rito just dosent want me to p.s you dont know how hard it was for me to not swear during writing this im so "annoyed"(pissed)

Pls Rito Helpz Plz (btw the bans are those 20 mins ones so i have to wait... 20x15=300 300 mins, or 5 hours just because riot loves me) also do you guys reckon i could ask riot to get rid of my bans? anyway help me pls Thomasdahl123-
