Rabadon's Glitch!!!

So Rabadon's Deathcap has been glitched out for a few days now, and it's not giving the passive ap. It's become essentially worthless with this glitch, and someone REALLY needs to fix that.

This is only a tooltip bug. It still actually grants the appropriate bonus AP.

Only a display bug, it does add it.
