Why is the client still buggy?

This stayed here right up until ban phase ended, where it forced me to dodge due to not being able to select a ban.

Try a total uninstall of League of Legends with one of these programs:

IOBit - free: http://www.iobit.com/en/index.php
Uninstall Tool - free trial or about $25 for a license: https://www.crystalidea.com/uninstall-tool

If you can afford it, I would recommend getting Uninstall Tool. I have several friends who had problems with the new client, but the problem went away after a clean install with one of the programs above. I also had problems after the migration to the new client. They went away after I used Uninstall Tool :)
