Unable to create or join additional Twisted Treeline games after completing a Ranked 3s game

When my friends and I do ranked 3s in Twisted Treeline, often times when I try to queue up another game I am taken to a screen where I am in a lobby already populated by the people from last game. They, however, are not actually in the lobby (and I can't invite them in because my client says they're in) and I can't start the game. Restarting the client does fix the problem, but it's very inconvenient to have to restart the client for every 3s match. This happens consistently.
