Game Freezing and Only fix is too restart computer

Every single league game I play without fail will freeze and I have to restart my computer. I have tried every fix possible. Completely wiping pc and reinstalling didn't help at all. Someone said to disable discord overlay and that made no help. Is anyone else experiencing this issue I cant even play the game because of fear of crashing. The hex tech bug tool wont even fucking work at this point as it crashes every time I start it up.
