[CLIENT] Black login screen?
After I click Launch I get this black login screen, I can't log on or even attempt to log on.

Same Problem here. Repair and reinstall didn't worked.

If you continue to have this issue please make a post in the Help and Support forum for further help in resolving this issue. It's not so much a bug as a local installation issue normally :-)
By the way, I found the fix for this (or the similar issue). If you are running windows, navigate to control panel --> Internet Options --> Under the connections tab --> Lan Settings --> If you notice that "Use a proxy Server for LAN" is checked, uncheck and apply settings. Your patcher should magically be fixed :)
This is the same essentially as creating a new user account (but instead of going to all the trouble we are hitting the problem directly)
Another potential is a need for updating your graphics drivers.
I'm not sure the cause of this problem, but I was having problems with not only LoL but apps such as Raptr (AMD Gaming) and found this fix on a board for their website. Hope this fixes your problem! Cheers and good luck!
