[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Q + New Guinso's Stacks/Passive Bug

When playing once as Yasuo , I decided to try out the new guinso's rageblade . In the tooltip of the Guinso's Rageblade it says that you get stacks by auto attacks. In Yasuo's Q tooltip it says that it is counted as an auto attack and applies on hit, but it doesn't grant Yasuo any stack from the Guinso's Rageblade passive, neither does it proc (or charge) its passive while at 6 stacks.

To reproduce this bug:

1. Play a game as Yasuo
2. Buy guinso's rageblade
3. Q some minions and guinso's rageblade won't get anystacks, neither will proc its passive if already at 6 stacks

This bug is not that common due to rarely buying guinso's rageblade on Yasuo , but if you choose to buy it, the bug will definately exist and happen. So this bug is only affected by the Guinso's Rageblade on Yasuo

Why should you fix this bug? Since Yasuo's is counted as an auto attack, and procs on hit effects (including the hydra passive) it should as well at least stack the Guinso's Rageblade or even proc its passive
