I has a power outage in my home when I played the game and then you gave me a punishment of low priority queue. I ask you to take the punishment from me please

You'd get the low priority queue if you've left several games within a time period. Riot does not take away punishments.

Honestly, even though Riot is really bad with keeping everything in check, I have to say that it IS your fault. Yes, you had no control over it, but since it's not a mistake on Riot's part, you deserved it. I know it's bad, but you'll get over it. Or just play a different game and maybe you'll even get to have fun lol
