Able to view other player's "Champions" tab [CLIENT]

This has been possible and reproducible for 2-3 patches as of patch 6.12.16_06_09_17_31

1. Open a friend's profile
2. Click the grayed out "champions" tab
3. Click your profile tab in the top right corner
4. As there is a short delay in loading your profile (while the screen is still tan), quickly click your champions tab and you will see your friend's champions and masteries
