Having delay on casting skills

So far i have got an unknown problem. When i start playing League of Legends and cast a spell or anything from the keyboard i have delay like 2 or more seconds before it casts. Sometimes when i finish the game i see an error about my TEMP folder that it has not enough memory. If someone knows a method to get with my problem i will be so thankful
