Champ loading screen - crash and penalized?!?

So here I am, I get to my S4 series games after a lot of troll matches before and people afk in S5.

Click to play a ranked game, match found, click ok to accept match and it starts loading the champ select. Except this time it doesnt, it just sits there retrieving data from RIOT. Forced to shut the game after waiting 10 min for champ select to load, now I'm given a penalty, lost series game and -3lp.

RIOT, please fix these sorts of bugs or at least respond to a ticket. I submitted a ticket months ago regarding a match that wouldn't allow me to connect and which gave me a loss of a series game. Now this time again.... At least a kind of response would be nice but your ticket system is broken and you know that and yet fail to recognize that the player base is looking for more action and less talk.

Please correct my issue, put me back into 0 losses in series. Or at least say you're sorry.
