Cursor bugs

The 2 last patches ive noticed an insanly amount of cursor bugs happening. It happends after using ULT, not every time, but alot of times. After using ult, your cursor locks itself so you cant use pings and look around on your map. The only way of unlocking the cursor is to wait for your ult to come back up and use it. Anyone else ? Getting really annoyed with this bug... Will update later with pictues EDIT: This is not happening on dominion, its Summoners Rift, ranked, unranked.
