[CRASH] [GAMEPLAY] HELPPP STUCK ON 33%

**So today i've opened lol on my computer, and right away it said scanning files 33%, however it's been doing that for so long and it scanned so many files already but the percentage isn't even moving from 33%. I've tried restarting, shutting down my computer but it still doesn't work. How do i fix it? **

wait for a wile and dont let the wi-fi desconnect It always happend (files scanned) you just need to wait , if it passed like for 2 hours so try agains because probably the wi-fi was off for a wile
