PvP.net Timed out

So after waiting 20 minutes for my last low priority queue. I sat in the ranked loading screen looking for players. After waiting 15 minutes suddenly it pops up that the pvp.net server has timed out. It does this all the times, when I'm waiting for games, looking at masteries.

What is going on.
