Bug in the loot store

I traded in three skins to get a skin permanent. I received a battle boss brand skin but I didn't have brand as a champion so it wasn't able to go directly into my inventory. I decided to buy brand so that I could have the skin but after getting brand, the battle boss brand skin did not go into my inventory. In fact, the only way to now get the skin was to buy it with orange essence. This is a huge problem that I would like to be addressed. If someone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
