30 min queue time due to repeated Client Bug

Hi Guys, i am having two problems with the ** old ** client foir some time now:

  1. I cannot Pick/Ban in the Champselect and I see the clock ticking down to 0 but the client seems to freeze. I can still see and use the chat. Sometimes it recovers and if I am lucky I can still pick/ban and sometimes I am not and I get a penalty.
  2. Right now I am much more concerned about the 2nd bug, because I just got the second 30 min suspension in 1,5 hours: I click "Queue up" and it starts to search for a game as usual. After some time I hear the "found a game"-noise but the client doesn't show me afk check-window and instead stopped searching for a game. In the bottom left it tells me that I failed to "accept the afk check" - but there was no afk check, It didn't show the Yes/Decline window at all. I did not simply overlook it, the client is opened the whole time. Right now i am unably to play any games because of that. I didn't change anything in my system (win 7) and ofc i tried to restart the client/cumputer/etc. already.

Does anyone have the same problem or maybe knows a solution?

/edit: i also have a lot of chat disconnects. /edit2: I just discovered a new bug: after pick and ban phase is over the clock ticks to 0 and my game just doesn't start. I have to restart lol and reconnect to the game and it works, otherwise nothing happens

I am still searching for a solution :/ Accordung to this board other players are experiencing similar bugs. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
