[Gameplay] Wooglet's Witchcap on Twisted Treeline not showing AP bonus.

Sorry I don't have screen cap, but I have noticed this for a long time. Buying the Wooglet's certainly gives the right amount of AP immediately on purchase and when gaining additional AP. The bug is that it doesn't indicate in the item description exactly how much it is giving you(always at zero). This forces me to do math because I obsessively want to know. Active description ---> "UNIQUE Passive: Increases Ability Power by 25% ...(0)"

Does this happen to others, or is it just me?
