Taliyah Cooldown Not Registering

From time to time I'll be playing with Taliyah and despite her ult saying whatever cooldown I currently have for her, the timer constantly resets to it's original cooldown time instead. It doesn't always happen, but it's happened enough that it's become aggravating.
