[GAMEPLAY] Ashe's Hawkshot Minimap Targeting Issues

While playing as Ashe in Summoner's Rift, if I fire Hawkshot (E) at a location on the minimap, it will fly to the spot under the minimap click (normally the outside wall of bot lane) rather than to the real location.

I don't use smart cast for the spell and this happens at least 2 times a match, but not every time I cast it. This seems to have only been a problem since the 6.11 update as far as I can tell.
