Client-Some skins not working in teambuilder

For the past few days while playing in teambuilder a few skins are not loading into the game. I've made sure they are selected both when initially choosing a champion and in the ready queue. Once the game starts loading my skin does not appear and is not loaded into the game, only loading default classic. So far I have found this with Dreadknight

you have to select another champion then reselect the champion you want, when you do reselect that champion it should be on its default skin which you then can change it to which ever you want. you have to do this everytime you enter the team builder lobby after each match so yeah, its a annoying glitch. game breaking? far from it.
