"You have disconnected, please check your internet connection and try again."

I started playing LoL again after 6 months of not playing and tried to play a ranked game. I constantly get the message, "You have disconnected, please check your internet connection and try again." I've tried multiple times to fix this but to no success. If anyone has a solution let me know thx!
