Bug on Braum's passive

Its the FREEDOM1 votesIll have to check that one out. I play braum a lot but its been a while since ive read his descriptions. I know what it says in the description isnt true. I played him a few times today and the passive does stun and does do a lot more damage then 2. Possibly just a script error.
