In-Game Glitch

Sometimes when in game I will suddenly be unable to use any abilities or click on anything (except the shop). The only thing I can do is move my mouse around the edges of the screen to move it, and type in chat. No keys do anything except enter. This has happened three or four times already, but it just happened in ranked for the first time. The first time it happened was probably around 6 months ago, and I thought it was just a random bug. Most of the time it happens when I respawn, but it has happened when I am just sitting in the center of lane. Two times I have had to quit the game, other times it just starts working again after I mash my keyboard for about a minute.

I haven't been able to find any other recent reports of this bug, but I haven't look very hard. Is there an easy solution?
