[VISUAL] Red buff ring not showing after execute

I was playing Camille jungle, had red buff and got executed by wolves. As intended, after respawn I still had the red buff as shown by the timer icon, but the red ring around the character model was missing.

Tried it in practice tool, the same happens with the blue buff. Also, both rings(blue and red) reappeared when I got the blue buff.
