Odyssey Extraction, can't go past intro

As title says. Have done the intro level about 4 times, ( 1 on this account, 3 other times on my other account ), yet I can't unlock Cadet no matter what I do... Is it because I am playing sona?

its really buggy rn i had to wait 5 mins or so before my missions updated
