Refund/Instakill/Item/NO CD Exploit

I just lost a game to this exploit used by another player. I was not able to catch any footage or screenshots of it in-game due to me not knowing how to. (Yea, i'm smart.) But in the end game screen I was sent this link.

The summoner name who used such exploit was JODUSKAdotME

Is there anyway of taking a look into this further on Riot's side to see if anything can happen about this bug? I don't care about how it impacted my match, but i'd be afraid to see what happens if it would happen in a ranked match.

If there is anything that can be done, I would greatly appreciate it, and would love to hear from the community on this exploit.

I just experienced this aswell in an Aram game, and reported them of course. But in my game, the varus and the Leblanc were exploiting this.This shows on such a good job that riot does, as this was the first actual hacker i have seen and im am in shock. Please fix this soon, as i know it will spread. And as before, i havent any screenshots, they came out all black :/

I don't think anything will get done about this any time soon. Scripting and stuff has been around for years now in league. I mean how do you stop scripting unless you monitor what is going on at the clients end which isn't really wise to do anyways. It's just a matter of time until Bot of Legends and LeagueSharp release enough potent stuff to where League dies from it.
