Morgana's R and items not being "alt-clickable"

The new alt-click feature is great for telling teammates your cooldowns, but for some reason it doesn't work with Morgana's R, at least not when it's out of range. Also, items like...can never remember the name..."spooky ghosts" cannot be clicked either to show the cooldown remaining.
