[Gameplay] Able to buy a second pair of boots

Hi there. This is first time for me when it comes to reporting a bug, so I'm hopping that this will be done correctly. Today during one of my matches I was able to buy a second pair of boots from the vendor (I was able but I didn't bought them). I am not sure what caused this bug and what caused the item not to be a "one time only" item and I am also not sure if someone else reported this by now. Boots in question were "Sorcerers Shoes" (not sure if this helps). Anyway I just wanted to give you the heads up on this guys so that you could investigate and maybe fix the bug. Cheers!
