Watch and Earn Level 1: Ineligible
After completing 1/4 for this quest and going for 2/4 for the Cheering Pengu Icon, suddenly the quest icon becomes crossed out with the message:
Ineligible
What the heck Rito?

I came here as well after doing a quick google search on watch and earn. Can't really find anything on it other than this thread... Hope rito fixes this.
Same, I hate these watch and earn missions, they're the worst buggiest things ever.

mine disappeared briefly too saying i was 'ineligible' but it's back now somehow
Ditto. Don't know if it helps, but internet connection was briefly interrupted before I was deemed ineligible.
Just got the same message. Finished my second Watch & Earn and suddenly became Ineligible

Same, was 1/4 in the progress logged in this morning and the mission icon was crossed out with a black "x" and said ineligible on bottom.
how to complete cheering pingu icon I know this quest help me please......
I just logged in after 2 days and mission for icon is gone .... but i still have "watch & earn" mission...
Same here, I had 1/4 ready and I watched a match today, after that it showed "ineligible", and now the whole quest disappeared completely. I hope this is just a bug and I won't loose the progress and I will get back the quest... I have no idea why is this happening [zombie-brand-facepalm]

Same here except never noticed and ineligible message it just disappeared... I watched 3 more and it reappeared but with only the 1/4 progress, I get the impression it will be impossible to get past 1/4 with this mission.
Bump! I have the same problem. Hopefully riot addresses the issue
