Neeko interactions with Dark Harvest Rune

It can be easily noticed that when Neeko (being above 50% HP) transforms to a low HP teammate, the Dark Harvest effect (red circle on the enemy champion model) is not properly displayed, and as a result Neeko cannot fool anyone. The same happens vice versa (Neeko being low on HP and taking the form of a champion with more than 50% HP displays the Dark Harvest effect). This way, low HP baits by Neeko are next to impossible as the opponent doesn't have to take into consideration multiple possibilities of that being actually a low HP champion and it also won't take more than a full second to realise the trick.
