League Client Crashing/Unresponsive in Champion Select

I have had this issue where the League of Legends Client during champion select, will become unresponsive, therefore not allowing me to choose a champion and taking LP loss + dodge penalty.

At this time, it's happening in around 80% of my draft lobbies. I have tried a full reinstall, and a full repair with no luck. I've tried different networks, same result. My computer is only a few months old and does not have any trouble with other games.

The client usually becomes unresponsive when a countdown for ban, or champ select hits 0. At 0, it just freezes and the UI does not update.

Looking for some help here, as playing the game is relatively impossible, especially ranked. I can provide logs from when it occurs if that helps.
