[GAMEPLAY] braum's passive procs by enemy teammember when applied on natural units

Hello,

Not sure if it's supposed to be, but when the enemy braum support applied his passive (hitting his q) on our team's blue buff mob, our junger ( that played skarner) proced the passive with his auto attacks. I'm sure it was not skarner's passive that caused the stun since I saw braum's passive stacks counts up to 4 untill the stun effect appeared.

I don't find any sense that it wouldn't be a bug, I assume only braum's team should benefit from his passive, even when natual mobs are on the line.
