Elise Rappel is bugged

Spider Form: Elise and her Spiderlings ascend into the air and then descend upon target enemy. This is so strange to me that I have mained this champion for years... i know her whole skill set. Here's where I'm having trouble..... the rappel is bugged. its says "Spider Form: Elise and her Spiderlings ascend into the air and then descend upon target enemy." IN THE MIDDLE OF A RANKED GAME TEAM FIGHT, I RAPPEL (knowing I wont make a mistake..) THEN I AUTOMATICALLY DESCEND RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF DEATH. I know this champion more than the maker of the champion. this game (team fight) caused me to get demoted. Elise has a bug please fix. Elise has a bug please fix.
