Tahm w and e glitches

sometimes when you W with tahm he swallows the monster and immediately drops it and the monster is unkillable for a few seconds, I also had that happen to a champion when i ate them. Also i had an issue where i would activate E and the shield wouldnt go up and it would not come off of cool down for like 5-10 minutes.
