Stuck in champion select and match accept screen

When i start a game, 1 in 4 games it gets stuck in the match accept screen or anytime in champion select when the counter is at 0. It happens to me so often that playing the game gets really annoying, i dodged 2 of my promos games and have played 1. My internet is really fast and i have a good computer. Is there a fix for this? I already tried reinstalling the game, without success.
