The Black Load Screen

Okay this i what happens i load a game and it turns into a black screen but it wants me to pick a champion, but i can't see anything this is the bullshit thing though once it stops, it says i abandoned the game, and i have to wait 5:50 just play another game please fix this i don't want any of my play time wasted, just like you don't want to have no toilet paper in the bathroom when your taking a duce!
