Purchase RP Tab in store not responding

Everytime I go into the store, the Purchase RP tab does not work unless I go to another tab like "Champions" or "Skins" first. Everything seems like it freezes if I press the Purchase RP first. Also, once I enter the tab, I am unable to see the amounts of RP I can buy and nothing is responsive. Please help.
