[gameplay] Jarvan E+Q visual bug (spectator)

Lcs spectator mode( both live broadcast and vod) 7.14 After watching Friday's (7/21) and Saturday's (7/22) LCS games (EULCS and NALCS) I kept encountering an awkward visual bug when jarvan performed his E+Q combo. I unfortunately don't have the ability to provide screen caps, but it appears as if Jarvan's lance momentarily displays as a large squiggly line when dragging j4 to his flag. Issue is possibly repro'd only when the spectator camera is zoomed out.
