[GAMEPLAY] - Titanic Hydra slows down attack speed

When a champion auto attacks right after Titanic Hydra is used, there is a moment when the champion doesn't attack, no matter the attack speed. This bug literally occurs 100% of the time, but it is most noticeable if u stack attack speed. It doesn't matter if you have Titanic pre casted already, or if you're aa cancelling, the pause still occurs. This means that champions like Udyr who can buy Titanic and stack attack speed (Q + items), will have their dps drastically affected because the pause is a fixed duration. I'm not talking about how the attack speed is slower after you animation cancel your first auto attack either.
