HELP ME WITH LEAVERBUSTER

So I love the new leaver buster low priority queue thing, but I found a problem. Mine will not reset. No, I don't mean like most people, the timer keeps restarting. If I play enough games, my leaver level doesn't go down. If I play 100 games without going afk, it doesn't matter, the next afk I have, I will get a huge time penalty. Please help.
