Hecarim Skin Bug

The "Headless Hecarim" skin that hecarim has has a missing texture. When played, (or when I played him), his W's fire ring was blue like his default skin instead of the orange color that it is supposed to show up as. Not sure if this is all his skins, but as of path 4.17, this bug is still here.
