akali's shroud vs kats ult

so akali shroud keeps u invisible so u cant auto attack. thou when abillities that do arrea effect still hit, however i recently learned kats ult is not ceptive to this. though still invis. kats ult still hits, to me this is inacurate to throwing knifes. the description does say any target champ in range but an invisible teemo will not be hit. so im writing this so maybe this can be addressed as a glitch that i so see it as.
