Remake count as loss in promos

So as you can see in photo, I got into promos, went to next one that got remade, so I was fine with that, 'coz I thought I wouldn't be punished at all, and I went happily to next one, thinking this would be my first official promo game, but booooy was I wrong. After that game, I looked at my promo points, and got horrified for a moment, but thought that it would be a visual bug, but after that last game, I knew that it wasn't an only visual bug.

Then I did research on riots website and tried googling if anyone else had had the same thing, but I didn't find anything.

Before you tell me that I was AFK for that 90 seconds, I didn't. I were jungling happily and actually thought that I wouldn't do remake yes vote, but the team still did it, so I was forced to get that loss. I didn't know a better place to get this out, so I wrote here.

Edit: I realized that photo is unaccurate, so what I mean is, that after that marked game, i got into promos, meaning that the remade game was first promo game.
