Yasuo q and ult bugg

Dear riot, I play a lot of yasuo, and i have ran into this annoying bug multiple times now where my q and ult dont seem to go off. Normally when in lane this shouldnt be too much of a problem when it happens that my q doesnt go off once, but in the last 10 games or so with yasuo i am sure it happend once or twice at least 5 of those games, even on critical points in the game. I hope someone can look into this and if its fixable
