SHOP IS BLANK!! WHEN I ENTER SHOP THERES NOTHING TO SEE

I was planning to buy champ. when suddenly i open the store and it was blank like completly empty ,I did everything that ur site told me but nothing,i even re-installed LoL,but nothing,3 years passed and u didnt fix-ed it
