[Client] LoL wont start on first try

When I click on Lol icon to start it, nothing happens. I could wait more than 10 min and still nothing appears. But if I check Task Manager then I can find 3 LoLPatcher.exes and a LoLLauncher.exe running under Processes. If I click on the LoL icon again the LoL logo appears with a message saying that LoL is already running and do you want to terminate it. If I click Ok then Lol starts immidetly. So basically the bug happens every time I want to start Lol first time after a PC startup.
