Client kept unable to connect

This is the fifth time I have experienced this issue for this week and consequences are even more significant in ranked games. Resulting in ridiculous 20 minute penalty queue time and LP lost. This has been the issue since the new client is introduced and is really annoying when you have to wait 20 minutes to get a game, then play with trolls and then lose like 20 LP. Please fix this TT. TT
