Reksai Cheating Tunnel Glitch

So I was top laning garen against a reksai and aside from an animation bug when I do an "E" and garen walks (instead of spins) over reksai's tunnels there was a tunnel that apparently glitched out after being stepped on and stayed up. not only the tunnel was permanent but reksai used it to cheat and ulti'd to it and used it frequently throughout the match. several other people tried to step on it with no luck. we lost that match because of a game cheat.
