[Crash] Dump Crash

Hello, when i play league of legends, i go to soloQ and we all select our champs. When it's going to start the match, a sentence appears and i can't join the game, i've lost 40 lp because that and i had to reinstall lol 2 times. And the repair hextech tool doesnt work, appears the 004 error code :( Sorry for my bad english
