[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser frame drop

My friends and I haven been noticing that since the Juggernaut patch we have been getting less FPS in game. After playing with a lot of mordekaisers we thought maybe he was the reason. To test this we went into draft pick and banned mordekaiser. During this game our frames stayed at the normal level. Not sure if it is actually being cause by mordekaiser or something else, but it would be nice if it could be fixed soon. I don't really enjoy having my frames drop to 25 during a team fight instead of being in the mid 100s like it normally is.
